WHAT TO EXPECT

There are 3 different costs for this treatment: dental, facility fee and anesthesia. All dental treatment will be billed by your dentist through your dental insurance. The facility fee and anesthesia will be billed separately through your Medical insurance.

An estimate of your co-payments for the planned surgery will be given to you after providing us with your insurance information. However, this is only an estimate, and is subject to change at the discretion of your medical insurance company.

Please remember, your medical insurance coverage is an agreement between yourself and your insurance coverage; we simply facilitate the process by submitting to your medical insurance on your behalf.

*Co-pays are due at time of service. As soon as you have a scheduled appointment, please contact our insurance coordinator at 208-895-1908. We will begin the pre-certification process with your insurance company. We accept: Debit cards, Cash, Cashier Checks, all major credit cards, and Care Credit. We DO NOT accept personal Checks.

Insurance payments for claims sent directly to you, whether from primary or secondary insurance companies, should be used to pay outstanding charges. Patients are financially responsible for all outstanding charges. Either deposit the insurance check and call us for an over the phone payment with your debit card, or forward the insurance check as soon as possible.
